Bucher Construction, LTD: Established in 1985, Bucher Construction (BC) began with a pre-sold home for a family member. BC has grown into a company that builds 18-22 homes annually. Continuing with the strong tradition of family, BC has several family members involved with various phases of the construction process. BC has earned a reputation as a detailed, hands-on builder. Other Builders: In addition to the option of using Bucher Construction as your builder, you can use your own approved builder in Grande Prairie. Simply submit the name and information on your desired builder to Bucher Development. Assuming they meet the quality attributes and reputation we need in our builders in order to protect all residents' investments in Grande Prairie, they will be approved. The next step will be to submit your house plan for approval. It is that simple.
